A peaceful discussion [p,nk]

As Mugen and the hokage as well as (don't forget) his most trusted esteemed espada Ulquiorra rocketed along, they left the land of fire and entered the zone between the nations: the country borders. As a matter of fact, there was even a signpost that said "you are now entering the country borders. beware of annoying farmers who will harass you to get off their property unless you are powerful ninja. in that case, they will probably not mess with you." This was funny, as Mugen had no idea how much such a large sign cost. He asked the hokage "So.... about Oto.... what concerns you so much about a tiny village? Have you had dealings with them in the past? Or is it just plain curiousity?"
