Mugen had read numerous books regarding engineering and puppetry, but originally he was extremely clever striking IQ levels that were far above average. His extensive IQ allows him to easily analyse his opponents rather efficiently in order to determine a way of beating them. Above all his IQ allows him to develop the machinery required for the puppets he likes to use at certain times.

Determined:
Above all, Mugen is one of the most determined people he had ever met. Alone he trained his body, mind and soul in order to improve his capabilities and uphold appearances and show that even genin can be strong. If he falls he gets back up and tries ten times harder, he rejects failure and fights back with a barrage of success with the hopes of never giving up no matter how intense the situation as in the end there will be a worthy outcome which is either improvement in strength, getting a grate looking girl or being acknowledged.
History:
Mugen was born within Konoha hospital on the 23th September; the day was rather young and mystical as the young boy joined his parent’s sides. Both his father and mother were respectable shinobi which only created one problem, Mugens father was indeed the member of the Uchiha family whilst his Mother was from a foreign family unknown to many of the individuals within Konoha but even still she was a rather memorable and strong shinobi. The soft light of the sun shun brightly upon Mugen but even still his name became both a combination of his fathers and mothers since he had the hair of his father and the smile of his mother.

At the age of four Mugen favoured his parents above all others as they were an inspiration to Mugen which made him decided that when he grew older he would also become a shinobi and serve his noble country of Konoha. Mugen informed his parents of his decision the hour prior to their departure to a dangerous mission the details of which remained hidden till this very day but even then the two young individuals never returned from their adventure and simply left Mugen with their last kisses and wishes.

With their departure came the enclosure of Mugens family home at which point he became an orphan and lived all on his own within an apartment funded by the village where he spent three years all alone where he learned all the required skills to survive along with basic combat. His sheer determination allowed him to succeed as he cooked food for himself and prepared everything required; his eyes began to alternate rather uncontrollably and at times gave him certain spasms.

At the age of 7 the Young Uchiha began training all on his own near the lakes of Konoha which were a perfect training grounds where he had improved the ability affinity for the fire style Ninjutsu at which point he determined that his parents deaths were simply because they were rather weak even though he still didn’t have a form of understanding for their actions or decisions to leave their four year old at home forever alone. Throughout the duration of his intense training he seemed rather secretive and spiteful which made him doubt himself day by day until he met another individual; this individual had rather distinct white hair which differentiated him from others, the boy was around 15 years old but never brought his name forward. Throughout the course of their meeting Mugen became fond of the individual as he portrayed the strength that Mugen wanted to achieve at some point in his life; with the unknown figure being a fellow Konoha shinobi Mugens doubts about the village were cleared and he began training alongside the individual up until the boy surpassed him.

As the individual surpassed Mugen, he seemed to have a lot to do which lowered prevented Mugen and the individual from training but even still Mugen refrained to give up as he vowed to aid his country and fight alongside the boy some point in the future.

At the rank of genin Mugen began intensifying his training as he improved his mental capabilities and body. His eyes began to work all on their own up until the age of 14 where he managed to master the first ignition of the Sharingan that allowed the first tomoe to form around his diverse pupil. With the development of the Sharingan Mugen refrained from directly training with a team as there would be a partially chance that he would go up to the chunnin rank, the rank he wasn’t quite ready for.

Upon the completion of training he seemed to be the tallest yet oldest genin throughout the village which allowed people to mock him but even still he refrained from acknowledging them and simply minded his business as he planned out the next steps to his plan…

RP Sample:Mugen slowly made his way into a weary area. The huge trees towered over the young Uchiha as the slightest sight of moon light pierced past the partially damaged leaves. He looked around whilst his crimson red eyes distinguishingly scanned the area, he looked left and right prior to looking up and glancing at the area before him. He was ready for anything and could easily recall the mission details regarding this event. A sighting of a rather large, grotesque creature was noted from this area yet nothing was seen in quite a distance; he smiled with relief as a large tree came crashing down before him, the tree was without a doubt among the canopy layer but the instant he collided with the ground the rock around it split to either side in order to withstand the pressure of the contact. As the tree descended he jumped out of the way with prefect synchronized movement which prevented minimal harm to his body. His heart began to pump at a rather increased rate, his breathing increased and he inhaled continuously, he was scared.

His eyes darted around in the hopes of seeing what it was as a crimson mean of light shot off in a linear motion before him. The shot pierce a hole with a radius of around thirty centimetres though several dozen trees; he looked to his right to catch a glimpse of a rather ugly, large, hormongering creature whose tongue slowly slipped out its mouth and began charging an additional beam to this. He was ready, although the fear began to paralyze his limbs but he refrained from giving up; the creature was massive, at least ten times his size but even still his orders were clear and he was bound to give up.

Firstly he reviewed the residue of the attack which seemed to have had wind based characteristics; the creature inhaled a large tornado like formation prior to shooting the condensed beam which made Mugen thing in almost a split second. He attention was diverted to the inhaling creature whom once again blew a crimson beam of air at trees, then he emerged from his resting place. His red hair flowed perfectly over his head as his hands casually formed the hand seals he required. He winked at the creature as he entered a thought process, “Alright, this creature seems to be a diverged summoning, it seems to be angered and could easily be if I put my mind to it; I have no equipment thus will have to use my fire style; the position and size of the creature will magnify the damage dealt especially if it was to fall back onto the land scape as the trees would dig into it forcing it to disperse. I will only have one chance, lets go! ” this lasted a second at best but it seemed that the beast had to recharge in one way or another prior to shooting the beam once again. He smirked as the hand seals and the general preparation had concluded, he rotated his shoulders and took a deep breath in almost a second before the beast reopened its mouth.

He promptly raised a tiger hand seal up to his lips and took a deep breath outwards which sent a torrent of condensed fire that promptly formed into a rather large dragon, although it wasn’t quite as large as the creature but it was about two to three times Mugens size, he smiled as the flame escaped his mouth and began its formation. Meanwhile, he began to form another set of hand seals as this technique naturally took around ten to twenty seconds to fully ignite; he had planned to bring forth his summoning and by the speed of his hand seals he was on track. One after another his hands made every single hand seal needed for the summoning, then he was done.

After completing the formation he slammed his hand onto the ground which sent a flurry of summoning seals across the ground and brought forth a large snake that wasn’t very venomous but could choke someone within a matter of seconds. He had studied this species in rather extent detail and had thus formed a contact with them in the hopes of using their remarkable abilities in the future. The snake already had its plans as it slithered off towards the creature and began to wrap around its rather distinct legs; the snake was purple and had demon like eyes that looked crimson, similar to Mugens, without a doubt the snake was under his control.

In a matter of seconds the snake wrapped around the creature as it began to breath in, then the dragon made from sheer fire escaped its formation and instantly shot in towards the creatures throat but was unfortunately sucked in by the vast amount of a wind current generated, the wind magnified the regular capabilities of the fire which slowly engulfed and pained the creature prompting it to raise its hands and waft the fire away. As it did so, it attempted to take a step back but unfortunately seemed to lose the ability to do so and thus fell back along with the snake. It created a roaring sound as it crashed into the ground and generated a crater around it, the magnitude of the wind was grand and the pain was visible, the instant the two came contact with the ground the snake dispersed alongside the creature, only a residue of hair and fire was left to accompany the forsaken creature, either way he was ready to report back.

Mugen flung his body around and jumped up to a damaged tree branch, from there forth he began jumping from one branch to another simultaneously in the hopes of reaching the village at an accelerated rate. He launched himself from one to another as the lactic acid shot through his blood stream making him more fatigued step after step!

Minutes later he touched down at the village entrance and practically dragged himself across the ground, he looked at the guards at the gates who seemed impressed by the minimum damage he had received, his eyes were no longer their crimson sharingan color, and they were plain brown. He looked at them with heavy eyes prior to moving on, he hated to waste time and thus began to spring towards the Hokages office so that he could report in and finish his duty so that he could finally bring the day to an end and sleep.
